At Trip Machine Company, we stand by the craftsmanship of our leather goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags attached and pack it securely in the original Trip Machine packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
